We are proud to announce some changes to our current consultant policy, rolling out some new guidelines and a new form to be used for all consultant contracts.

It is a Google template that will allow you to create a new copy and complete it for initial submission.
The new easier to read and use template comes with both a checklist of requirements that must be completed, as well as instructions to initially submit your draft agreement for approval to the Administration team.
Please keep in mind that only contracts that are paid out of the HQs in Brussels and Washington must be reviewed by HQ Administration before approval. Contracts paid out of local offices do not need HQ Admin approval or review, although they should use a version of this form.
We are using SignRequest
, our new e-signature solution, for all consultant contract signatures, and those requests will come out directly from HQ Admin when the contract is reviewed. Please make sure that you have the email addresses of the signatories and write them in the last page of the sheet to ensure quick review and approval. Please see more info on that here
